Parent Wound Healing Ritual

This moon day can offer valuable insights on our inner life and familial relationships. It’s urging us to release all things that are no longer serving us. We’re taking this time to accept those things that we can’t change and focus on the things that we can! We'll be empowered to shake up how we’re managing our mother wounds and to open up about deep-rooted emotions within that space. We're cleansing old ideas, situations, pains, habits, etc., attached to that wound, and asking Spirit to give us strength as we open our throat chakras, dive into our shadow work and embrace this healing, releasing energy.
